The purpose of this role is to assist the Technical Facilities teams in the monitoring, planning and scheduling of both the Planned Preventative Maintenance, corrective and reactive workloads for both in-house staff and Contractors. The post holder will have specific responsibilities for the administration and management of the CAFM system from an Operational Maintenance Perspective.
